Q. What brand of nail tips do you use? Novo Ovo - Natural tips are used.

Q. Do you use builder gel, poly gel, or acrylic on your nail sets? All nail sets are constructed using builder gel.

Q. Is nail sizing required for each order? Yes, each order requires nail sizing. A nail sizing kit can be selected with your order or independently before ordering a nail set. 

 Q. If I am ordering a new nail shape, do I have to resize my nails? Yes, nail sizing per shape is required, as each shape fits differently.

Q. If I have previously completed nail sizing for the shape I am ordering, what do I select at checkout? If nail sizing was previously completed for that specific shape, select "previously sized via JC Luxe Beauty" at checkout. 

Q. I like the nail set in "Ready to Bloom" but want to make changes. How do I do that? To change an existing nail set, complete a "Designed by You" form, attach a picture of the inspo set, and describe your desired changes. 

Q. How long does it take to get my order? From ordering to delivery, the total processing and shipping time is 14-21 days. However, rush ordering can be added at checkout.

Q. What is included in the total cost of my order? Your Press-on Nail Set and an Application Kit are included in the total cost of your order.
